About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team at E-badminton Training Centre Inc. as a key member of our coaching staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs

Design and deliver comprehensive badminton training programs for athletes of all levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning.

Motivate and Prepare Athletes

Provide guidance, support, and motivation to athletes to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Analyze and Evaluate Performance

Assess athlete performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance their skills and overall performance.

Recruit and Evaluate Prospective Athletes

Identify and recruit talented young athletes, evaluate their skills and potential, and develop a plan to help them reach their full potential.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced coaches and support staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in badminton coaching or a related field

Work Setting

Local sports club, private company, or industry

Security and Safety

Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information

Own transportation, public transportation available, willing to travel, and willing to travel internationally

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods
