Job Title: Shock Absorber Installer

At GRIZZLY TRUCKS GRANDE PRAIRIE, we are seeking a skilled Shock Absorber Installer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our heavy equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear.
  • Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators to maintain vehicle performance.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Hand-eye coordination to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a variety of environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
