About the Role

Vlogic Soft Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our software development team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Conduct usability testing and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and conduct tests to perform security and quality controls.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Work Environment

As a Technical Lead, you will work under pressure and tight deadlines. You will be required to have accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and make sound judgments.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in software development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
