Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team in Quebec City. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and promoting TD's banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to effectively promote and sell TD's offerings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
