Job Title: Sandblaster

We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team at ARC Coatings. As a Sandblaster, you will be responsible for operating cleaning machines and equipment to clean surfaces, ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces, as well as cleaning building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, and pressure washers to clean surfaces and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain industrial equipment, including sandblasters, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces.
  • Vacuum floors and wax and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in the removal of paint and graffiti from surfaces.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Dependability, organized, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
