Fashion Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clothing Arts Specialist to join our team at Elite Couture & Fashion Jewelry. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating original and innovative designs for our clothing lines.

• Design Concept Development: Develop and prepare design concepts, sketches, or models for approval.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
• Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.
• Costume and Wardrobe Management: Oversee the acquisition, fitting, and maintenance of costumes and wardrobes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Art or Fashion Design Experience: Women's, children's, and men's clothing experience.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colours, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, judgemental, organized, reliable, and a team player.

• Work Term: Permanent.
• Work Language: English.
• Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
