Job Title: Rope Access Technician

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at Leonrest General Contracting Ltd. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing rope access work in a variety of settings, including industrial and commercial environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform rope access work in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to mitigate potential hazards
  • Operate rope access equipment, including harnesses, lanyards, and winches
  • Work at heights, including climbing and descending ropes
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in rope access work, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

As a Rope Access Technician, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures, humidity levels, and noise levels. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and may be exposed to dust, odors, and other environmental hazards.
