Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 3 S JVT. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards, and that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop food service staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Inventory and Budgeting: Manage inventory levels, prepare budgets, and estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
