Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the automobile and trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Negotiate Sales Contracts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Oversee the planning and control of sales budgets and expenditures to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage Events: Plan and execute sales events and conferences to promote our products and services.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the automobile and trucking industry.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
