Bakery Assistant

Job Requirements:

At Terravita Kitchen, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.

Experience and Specialization:

Familiarity with baking and pastry preparation is essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling heavy loads is also desirable.
