Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain our facilities.
  • Manage financial records and ensure timely payment for services.
  • Assist cleaning staff with their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
