Sterling Karamar Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Administrator to join our team. This role involves the preparation, maintenance and administration of commercial leases for prospective and new tenants.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and process lease documents, ensuring all relevant information is included and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with accounting and property management teams to ensure timely and accurate budgeting and reconciliation processes.
- Analyze and review lease terms to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute monthly management reports to clients, highlighting key financials and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, correspondence, and interactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial property administration or leasing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
