We are seeking an experienced Industrial Services Superintendent to lead our rope access operations at a geographically remote office/site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and supervision of staff and resources to meet customer service requests.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' industry experience, preferably in a refinery or oil and gas setting.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Certified, previously certified, or extensive knowledge in mechanical trade work.
  • Experience working with mechanical trades (welding/pipefitting/rope access).
  • Certified, previously certified, or extensive knowledge in NDT methods.
  • IRATA Rope Access certified.
  • Experience with mechanical integrity related to refinery failure mechanisms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support a collaborative team approach to delivering results.
  • Service and results-oriented, with the ability to build trust with a broad network of professional colleagues, subcontractors, and team members.
