Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Services Director to lead our technical services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broadcast engineering and be able to manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures for technical operations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical systems.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the technical services team to ensure the smooth operation of the system
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures for technical operations
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical systems
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
* Supervise and train technicians and engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Engineering or similar degree, plus 5-8 years of technical service in the TV/Radio Broadcasting Industry
* Strong background in broadcast engineering and certification as a Broadcast Engineer
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in computer-aided design and drafting software
* Familiarity with local, state and federal regulations related to broadcast engineering
