We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Artisan to join our team at Izakaya Tenkuu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Working language: English.
