Controller - Accounting Process Expert

Our client, a reputable organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a skilled Controller to oversee the full cycle accounting process and provide leadership to the finance team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with a CPA designation and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. They will be responsible for preparing financial statements, variance analysis, and budgeting and forecasts, as well as providing ad-hoc support and special projects.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, both written and oral. They will also have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to start quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the full cycle accounting process
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
- Provide leadership to the finance team
- Prepare budgeting and forecasts
- Perform ad-hoc and special projects
Requirements:
- CPA designation
