  • Coordinate project phases: Assist in managing various stages of commercial & institutional construction projects, including tenant improvements and building renovations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and address any challenges.
  • Track project progress: Help manage project budgets, track costs, and update project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Project Experience

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial & institutional projects, including:

  • Commercial space renovations and tenant improvements: Transforming office spaces, medical clinics, and retail spaces to meet client needs.
  • Institutional construction: Working on public sector buildings, including government and municipal facilities.
  • Building retrofits: Helping businesses modernize and update their existing facilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the commercial or institutional construction industry, with a focus on tenant improvements and building renovations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the construction field.
  • PMP certification is a bonus but not required.
