About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at Zemoz Construction LTD. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment to cut, grind, and polish stone products to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate blade or wire saws to cut blocks of stone to specified dimensions
  • Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs, or other stone products to specific shape or design and to produce a smooth finish
  • Operate sandblasting equipment to cut inscriptions or decorative designs in monumental stone
  • Operate stone-dressing lathe to sharpen and dress grindstones that grind logs into pulp
  • Operate machines to drill holes in blocks or slabs of stone according to specifications
  • Finish stone products with spray paint and by mounting plaques or installing concrete bases
Work Environment

The work environment is physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a noisy and dusty environment.
