Operator and Maintenance Technician

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled Packing Machine Operator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging lines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Run production lines smoothly and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and protocols
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on packing machines to prevent downtime and maintain productivity
- Conduct quality control checks to identify and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on meeting production targets
