Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking for a challenging role in a dynamic team? BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to join our team at our Sandalwood, ON centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Centre Director in managing the overall operation of the centre, including staff recruitment and development, policy management, child safety, environmental health and hygiene, and provincial licensing.

• Ensure all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.

• Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general communications.

• Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.

• Provide effective communication with families about their child.

Requirements:

• A Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with a member in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.

• Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and regulations.

• Must meet provincial requirements for childcare employment.

• Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per the local Ministry of Health Requirements.

• CPR/First Aid Certificate.
