Child Development Expert for Family and Community Counselling

The role you will play
You will supervise clinicians in delivering high-quality, evidence-informed mental health treatment and take ownership of a caseload for children under 12 and their families. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this is a rewarding opportunity to be part of an organization that values client-centred, family-centred, and data-informed care.
About you
We are looking for a registered professional with a passion for providing quality care to young children and families. You have experience working with trauma cases, particularly with children under 12, and you are eager to grow your knowledge as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Supervise: Oversee the daily work of assigned clinicians, ensuring adherence to manuals and processes in place to provide exceptional clinical services to our clients.
- Casework: Take ownership of a caseload for children under 12 and their families, providing expert guidance and support.
