Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vancouver. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling merchandise to our fans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for customers
  • Engage customers through open-ended questions and demonstrate products
  • Assist with indirect service initiatives, including merchandising, replenishment, and product layout
  • Accurately handle cash and process transactions using POS system
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day paperwork

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Commitment to teamwork and working in a fun and friendly atmosphere
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
