Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage inventory levels and control shrinkage
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Prior retail and management experience
- Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
