Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Atlantic Private Protection Service.

Job Summary:

The Security Officer will be responsible for providing security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being in a variety of settings. This includes patrolling assigned areas, enforcing regulations, and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients and staff
  • Enforce regulations and policies to maintain order and resolve conflicts
  • Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide support as required
  • May be required to appear in court as a witness
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Bondable
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in security or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
