The Client Success Director will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sales and relationship management strategies to drive commercial success for public sector clients. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive account management plans for public sector clients.
- Promote a consultative sales approach to drive profitable outcomes for Interac and its clients.
- Build deep understanding of clients' business strategies, including digital verification and payments initiatives across all product lines and service platforms.
- Articulate the value proposition of Interac products, with a focus on Interac Verified and Interac's payment services.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with clients in an increasingly competitive environment.
- Nurture strong relationships at all levels within client organizations and the Interac team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and leadership.
- Participate in advisory committees with designated functional departments.
- Contribute to Product Development through the Interac Delivery model, sharing client insights and priorities, and collaborating on new concepts and solutions.
- Advocate for clients internally to ensure their perspectives are considered in product and process enhancements.
