We are seeking a skilled Farm Worker - Vegetables to join our team at CN Produce Inc. As a Farm Worker - Vegetables, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the cultivation and harvesting of vegetables.

• Apply the technique of hoeing between rows to maintain crop health and prevent weeds from competing with vegetables for water and nutrients.
• Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots to ensure optimal quality and minimize waste.
• Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
• Hand harvest vegetables, including picking row and orchard crops, to ensure timely and efficient harvesting.
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to promote healthy growth and maximize yields.
• Weeding is also a crucial task to prevent weeds from interfering with crop growth.
• Clean the work area regularly to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry as needed.

• Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
• Bending, crouching, and kneeling are also required for certain tasks.
• Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
• Organized and team player with a strong work ethic.
