About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Tarrika's Property Solutions Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: You will conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: You will be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: You will work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are coordinated and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Establish Work Schedules: You will be responsible for establishing work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring that they are fair and reasonable.
Requirements
  • Education: You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: You will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Language: You will be fluent in English.
  • Work Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: You will be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
