Ron's Equipment Rental & Industrial Supply is seeking a skilled Parts Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of parts and supplies to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to showcase our products
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments
  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received in the warehouse
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
  • Prepare and track work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
  • Sell spare and replacement parts to customers
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area
Requirements:
  • Inventory control software experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots required
