Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Kindred Home Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support clients with their medication regimen and provide reminders as needed
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
