At Precious, we're seeking a dedicated Nurturing Family Caregiver to provide exceptional childcare in a loving home environment. As the primary caregiver for children, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and engaging space that fosters their emotional and social development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Household Management: Oversee daily household tasks, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Childcare: Provide top-notch care for infants and children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining a healthy routine.
  • Discipline and Guidance: Implement discipline methods requested by parents, teaching children personal hygiene and social skills.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children.
  • Safety and Health: Maintain a safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Activities and Education: Engage children in games, outings, and educational activities that promote learning and development.
  • Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in childcare
  • Experience working with special needs children
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Legally able to work in Canada
