About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and organized Licensed Technician to join our Service Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and complete repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Advise Service Advisor of any additional work needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
- Complete and maintain documentation of work performed
- Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed
- Supervise the work of any apprentice technicians as assigned
- Attend factory-sponsored training classes and stay up-to-date on factory technical bulletins

Requirements- Must be a fully licensed Technician
- Working knowledge of automotive equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and organized individual
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
