Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Manager to join our Revenue Control Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the activities of the Revenue Control team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tools required for efficient work organization.
  • Meet end-of-period deadlines and ensure the analysis, monitoring, control, accounting, and interpretation of financial impacts at a national level.
  • Set team objectives to support business strategy and support the diverse needs of the Merchandising and National Sourcing teams.
  • Produce forecasts and budgets for the supplier revenue section.
  • Be the business partner of the Merchandising and National Sourcing teams to support them in negotiations and encourage them to achieve their objectives.
  • Explain periodic variations in Supplier Revenues to Finance and National Sourcing teams.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual (French-English) is a strong asset.
  • Solves wide-ranging and complex problems.
  • Recognized for your judgment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Autonomous, organized, and able to influence others.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Access).
