About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaning Specialist to join our team at 1394856 BC LTD. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • General Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
