Retail Store Manager

At BoxLunch & Hot Topic, we're passionate about creating an exceptional in-store experience for our customers and employees. We're seeking a Store Manager who will lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team to run the store.
- Manage store operations, including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
- Stay connected with customers through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
- Monitor and control shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors that affect business.
- Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
- Run sales reports and use data to inform strategy and drive results.
- Adapt to new technologies, communicate company policies and procedures, and control supply ownership.
- Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms as a guide, while launching all promos on time.
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merchandise.
