We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Hyungon Kim. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Support clients in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
