Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management
    • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services to ensure optimal value for money.
    • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet business needs.
    • Manage contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods or services.
  • Operational Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.

    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Arrangements
    • Permanent full-time position.
    • 40 hours per week.
