Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Manager is a key leadership role at Fairweather-Parkland Mall, responsible for driving sales and managing the daily store operations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Ensure all store operations are running smoothly, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including wages and shrinkage, to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the store remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
