We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our team at Greenwood Mall. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation, including a monthly bonus, paid sick time, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail leadership, maintaining operational excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. They will partner with the store manager to find solutions, exceed goals, and prioritize customer needs. A love for denim and fashion is essential, as you will be creating a team of brand ambassadors who embody our values and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the retail operations team to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance
  • Partner with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control losses
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve business performance

This role requires a Secondary School diploma and 1 year of experience in retail management. The expected hours are 40 per week, with additional pay available for overtime.
