Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Work at heights and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies and ensure they are readily available.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment and ensure they are properly secured.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure they are following safety protocols.
  • Utilize hand and power tools and ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms and ensure they are safe and secure.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Oversee safety of operations and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Monitor safety conditions and ensure they are met.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification and Working at Heights training.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
