About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee our retail store operations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy managing teams, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a leader and mentor to staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular stock takes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Co-ordinate staff schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Possess basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
