Infrastructure Project Manager

As a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead our projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Your expertise in structural concrete & steel, earthworks, roadworks, foundations, and deep installations will be invaluable in managing project values of $25M - 50M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct Graham Construction projects from the earliest stages.
- Manage, direct, and mentor field personnel, including junior Superintendents.
- Participate in preconstruction services, including site logistics, project schedule, and phasing.
- Be responsible for site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, project scheduling, field cost control, and safety.
Requirements:
- Varying years of experience will be considered, with a minimum of 6 years in a supervisor capacity role.
- Proven ability to manage project values $25M - 50M.
- Proven ability to lead mid-sized to large teams.
- Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
- Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
