Restaurant Manager Job Description

The Greek Freak is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
