About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Expert to join our team in Lebanon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical phases of MDM implementation projects, coordinating technical activities of a team of developers, and operating instructions and working on definition of architecture.

You will also be responsible for creating mockups in collaboration with functional teams, initializing complex features of the solution, designing data integration matters to ingest data coming from third-party systems, and configuring data sharing. Additionally, you will monitor quality and proper functioning of the whole solution, participate in internal R&D topics, and provide advice and coach junior technical data engineers.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development in Java/J2EE environments, with previous experience in leading a team of developers
  • Solid knowledge in UML modeling and manipulating XML objects
  • Solid understanding and relevant experience managing in data modeling and Relational Database Management Systems
  • Previous experience using Eclipse, Tomcat, Maven, Oracle, Subversion, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Gradle, or GIT
  • Mastery of concepts of continuous integration and release management in iterative and agile context
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Elasticsearch is a plus
  • Competency in Data Integration and Service-Oriented Architecture is a plus: MFT, ETL/ELT, Event Stream Processing, EAI, ESB, API Management
