We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Front Store Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting the Front Store Manager in managing the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of store appearance and organization to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective labor scheduling and maximize productivity.
- Assist with hiring and training new staff members, including pharmacy assistants.
- Support inventory management and control expenses through sound judgment and decision-making skills.
