Gandy Installations Ltd. is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our team. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Measure and lay out reference points for installation, assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, and measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Repair and Replacement: Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
- Maintenance and Testing: Perform maintenance tasks such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, and calibrating systems.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or experience is essential.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. A permanent position is available, working 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
