Position Overview

As a Medication Supply Coordinator at Isha Pharmacy Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of pharmaceutical supplies and client services.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of prescription information
  • Input client data into relevant databases
  • Oversee the inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies
  • Maintain comprehensive records of prescriptions
  • Prepare and package medications for clients
  • Compound and label pharmaceutical products, including oral solutions, ointments, and creams
  • Assist with routine office operations, including reception duties, telephone inquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Organize and manage inventory effectively
  • Support healthcare professionals in their duties
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of work is English.
