beBee Professionals in Mascouche is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Master Pastry Craftsman to join its kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Create doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch using traditional techniques and recipes.
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure food safety and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize production.

• Prior experience as a pastry chef or in a similar culinary role, with a proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food presentation, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
• Able to work early mornings or flexible hours as required, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
