Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
