Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Ontario Limited/ Home Inspirations Ltd. as a key member of our construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable foundation.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to create a smooth surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy labour tasks.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Manual dexterity to operate various tools and equipment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
  • Reliability and teamwork skills to ensure project success.
