Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage Cash and Inventory: Manage cash handling and inventory control, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare sales reports and other data to help inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
